Sablefish Wontons

1 lb. Fresh Sablefish

1 Pack wonton wrappers
2-3 Stems scallions (green onion)
½ Lime
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil

*Chop fresh Sablefish into pea size pieces

*Finely chop scallions and mix together in a bowl

*Squeeze lime over fish, add a dash of salt and pepper and mix together

*Place a small amount of fish in the centre of a wonton wrapper and pinch edges together

*Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and fry wonton until golden brown

*Serve with your choice of dipping sauces such as sweet chili sauce, plum sauce or
soya sauce
